In the age of diverse multicultural communities and multinational companies expanding in many different sectors, it is increasingly important to experience life outside of your campus; unless that campus is in another country! Many universities are regionally accredited and units are issued from the U.S. That means you won't have to worry about the validity and transferability of your international campus units. It also means that your new university will probably participate in U.S. Federal Student Aid, along with your eligibility for grants, scholarships and military financial aid programs. If this is a fit for you, you may find it less intimidating or complicated than attending a university abroad that may be a stretch for your comfort zone.
