Would you like to be a medical doctor or veterinarian?
Sure, you can get your MD here in the U.S., but also look abroad - specifically the Caribbean or Eastern Europe for opportunities.

The Caribbean is not just a great place to take a vacation
- it is also the hub for many U.S. students who become doctors abroad - and practice back in the U.S. There are four universities that accept FAFSA financial aid and are known for their excellence in training future doctors and veterinarians: St. George's University in Grenada, American University in Caribbean, Saba University, and Ross University.
The Czech Republic, Poland, and Hungary are also good places to look for a deal on getting both a BA/BS and MD.
The 4+2 plan that many universities in Eastern Europe offer will get you both the Pre-Med degree and MD in 6 years for about $150,000. That is a major discount from the $250,000 you may pay in the Caribbean, and in most cases, you can find residence back in the U.S. to start your practice.
